Sandra Aceng

She is currently the Executive Director at WOUGNET. Sandra is a Gender & ICT Researcher, Policy Analyst, Writer, and Wikimedian. She coordinates a caucus called Women ICT Advocacy Group (WIAG) that comprises organizations and individuals interested in ICT and gender issues to advocate for internet access for all.

Goretti Zavuga Amuriat

She is a Rural Development Specialist, Gender and Technology advocate, advocating for integration of gender and rights issues in ICT Policies and Programs.

Roseline Babirye

Babirye Roseline is the Program Assistant Officer under Gender and ICT policy Advocacy. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Development studies from Mbarara University and a certificate in Administrative Law from Makerere University.

Miriam Nakibuule

Finance and Administration at WOUGNET . She is an Afrising Alumni, holding a degree in Business Administration from Makerere University and currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration.

Amuku Isaac

The current Fundraising and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at WOUGNET, Isaac is an Economist and Digital Rights Advocates. He is credited for his sound fundraising and resource mobilization strategy adopted by WOUGNET.

Peter Ongom

Peter Ongom is a Tech personnel, software engineer, ICT advocate, Data analyst and entrepreneur, currently working under the Technical Support Department at WOUGNET as a field Technical Support Officer.

Irene Marunga Katushabe

She is dedicated to amplifying women's voices across Uganda and promoting gender equality both online and offline through her innate curiosity and belief in the power of communication to effect change.

Lilian Mercy Apio

Apio Lillian Mercy is Team Leader at WOUGNET and Coordinating WOUGNET activities in Northern - Uganda through WOUGNET'S Information Centre, the Kubere Information Centre- (KIC) Apac.

Letowon Saitoti Abdi

Is the Technical Support Officer, he provides technical support to staff and WOUGNET members. He is a fan of technology, arts, and innovation.

Esther Nyapendi

Is a the Technical Support officer at WOUGNET. Esther holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Kisubi.
