David Iribagiza
David is a Lawyer, Digital Rights Activist and a dedicated advocate for digital liberties who stands at the forefront of shaping the future of online freedoms and privacy. With a robust background in law and a passion for technology, David brings unparalleled expertise to the complex intersection of law, policy, and digital innovation.
He earned his degree in Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University and a Post-graduate Diploma Institution from the Law Development Center, where he developed a deep understanding of constitutional law, civil liberties, and emerging technologies. Recognizing the critical need for legal expertise in the rapidly evolving digital landscape, he honed his focus on cyber rights.
David has previously worked with Refugee Law Project & ALIGHT (Formerly American Refugee Committee) as a Legal Assistant & now serves as the Programme Manager, Information Sharing & Networking at WOUGNET.
