Maria Gorret is a Social Worker by profession with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University, Kampala. She holds a certificate in Business Development from the African Leadership Institute. She is very passionate about social justice and equity with diverse experience in community empowerment, public health, mentorship and leadership. She exhibits a vast experience in research and business consultancy and thrives in working with and leading cross-cultural teams. She writes to find her voice and edits to build her confidence.
