Resource Mobilization Officer

Namwogerere Molly is a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment and social justice. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, with a major in Economics, from Makerere University under the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. Molly has a passion for transformative leadership, earning a certificate in Transformative Leadership and the Distinguished Fellow Award for her outstanding contributions to resource mobilization and project implementation during her time with Teach for Uganda, where she had a significant impact on schools and communities.

As the Resource Mobilization Officer at WOUGNET, Molly is committed to leveraging technology to empower women and girls. She believes that gender inequality has long hindered women’s potential, and she is determined to drive meaningful change.

Key accomplishments:

– 2-year fellowship with Teach for Uganda

– Recipient of the Distinguished Fellow Award for exceptional work in resource mobilization and project implementation.
