Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Thomas is a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) scholar with over 3-4 years of experience in livelihood-related projects focused on girls and women. Thomas graduated with Bachelors of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere university in 2022.  In his career path, He has progressed from an enumerator and research assistant to an M&E officer and scholar, demonstrating a deep commitment to using data to enhance learning, decision-making, and accountability in programs that impact women and girls. During his tenure as M&E Manager at Kisoboka Africa, an NGO in Lwengo, Thomas played a key role in scaling programs that reached over 4,000 young girls and women. Currently, Thomas is focused on understanding how gender and rights influence the use and access to digital tools, aiming to improve the livelihoods of women and girls
