Peace Oliver Amuge
She is a Communications Specialist, Gender Digital Rights Activist and a Writer, she holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations & Diplomatic Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations Management. Prior to this role Peace was the Program Manager, Information Sharing & Networking at WOUGNET. She has vast experience in gender responsive project identification, formulation and implementation, policy advocacy and development of communications strategy and policy documents. She has authored a couple of online publications on topics related to women’s digital human rights. Peace is a working group member of the global Internet Governance Forum on Strengthening and Strategy, a Faculty member of the Arusha Women School of Internet Governance, working Group member of the Association for Progressive Communicators on the Landscape and Intersectionality’s for Environmental Justice & ICT and Board member of the Centre for Multilateral Affairs (CfMA).
