Digital Security Manual for Structurally Silenced Women

Structurally silenced women ought to be safe and able to advocate for their rights online and offline without any slight fear of being attacked or harassed.

WOUGNET under the Our Voices, Our Futures (OVOF) project with support from Association for Progressive Communications (APC) developed this Digital security training manual which is a curation of different digital security tips and best practices for ‘all women’, especially structurally silenced women such as LBT and sex workers, WHRDs, young women and those living in rural communities.

Women of Uganda Network (WOUGNET) is a non-governmental organization initiated in May 2000 by several women’s organizations in Uganda to develop the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) among women as tools to share information and address issues collectively.
