Holistic Security Toolkit for Women Human Rights Defenders (WHRDs)
This holistic Security Toolkit for Women Human Rights Defenders (WHRDs) is developed
as part of the broader efforts of the Women of Uganda Network (WOUGNET) to enhance
the safety, protection and resilience of WHRDs operating in increasingly complex and risky
environments. The toolkit serves as a practical, user-friendly resource designed to support
WHRDs, case handlers and protection actors in understanding, preventing and responding to
physical, digital and psychological security threats.
