We observe that the use of ICTs and citizenry engagement has molded both positive and vigilant communities, and leaders to promote good governance. A point to note is the work with local radio stations that has increased awareness of the project concept of accountability and transparency in service delivery. Media involvement is one of the key success factors in improving honesty and therefore accountability. The whole WOUGNET Project Team is hereby treasured for the job well done to enable the success of the intervention to promote citizenry participation for improved leaders’ responsiveness to community concerns over poor service delivery. This handbook is aimed at enhancing knowledge of laws on human rights, democracy, public service
