Hope Case Foundation (HCF) is a non profit organization founded in 1997 as Community Based Organization then operating in Namungalwe Sub County, Iganga District by a group of Christian Women in Uganda as a response to Women and Child rights violation, the organization has since grown into a formidable national non profit organization registered as a company limited by guarantee under the laws of Uganda . Hope Case Foundation[ HCF] operates in Eastern districts of Namayingo , Busia , Mayuge, Bugiri and Butaleja with head office located in Busia District in Eastern Uganda. The program areas of the organization are Women and child rights protection , HIV/AIDs , Water , Sanitation and Hygiene[ WASH] , Climate change , Education , Women and ICTs and Good governance
