Julie Bernadette Agum -Programme

Julie Bernadette Agum is a Communications and Advocacy Specialist with extensive skills and abilities in designing advocacy and communication strategies, production and management, organisational skills, conflict handling and counseling, monitoring and tracking skills.

Julie has worked with both the government sector nationally and internationally and the NGO sector. She has managed several projects such as the AIDS Control Program and the Adolescents Development Program (UNICEF-Government of Uganda funded) and served as a member of National Technical Resource Network (Information, Communication and Advocacy) and provided input on key issues.

She worked with the UN Mission in Liberia on Political Affairs, Civil Affairs,  and Human Rights with the Military and Police to build up and provide communication and advocacy products on Gender, Child Protection, Civilian Protection, Rule of Law and  the Electoral Process for top management. Julie was instrumental in training child broadcasters in radio programming and production to take charge of the air waves. She is a qualified Health and Wellness Coach.
