Babirye Roseline is the Program Assistant Officer under Gender and ICT policy Advocacy. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies from Mbarara University and a certificate in Administrative Law from Makerere University. Roseline worked with the Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) as an enumerator. She is committed to see women progress in life through tackling gender inequality. During her free time, she travels to new places.
